Isaac K. Frampton (N. inital on stone is incorrect) died suddenly from heart disease, after living a full life of 80 years, 2 mo., and 24 days. For sixty-five years he was a member of the M.E. Church, 30 of which he belonged to Ebenezer Church in New Plymouth, OH. A farmer, he was married to Eunice Culver (Benson) Frampton. They moved their family from Muskingum Co.to Vinton Co. circa 1854. He had 7 children: five daughters and two sons. Two daughters died in infancy, the other 3 married and had families. The five children who lived to adulthood were: Dr. Edward A. Frampton, Kendall Harvey Frampton, Mrs. Eliza M. (James) Sniff, Mrs. Martha (Isaac) Haine, and Mrs. Nancy Ann (Samuel D.) Jones.
