Lizzie was good looking, slim, enjoyed elegant fashion and always was seen in up to date style. She taught English at BYU Academy where her future husband was one of her students. She preferred the business world to domestics. She became involved in her husband's Knitting Mills. She preferred living in the city but owned cabins in the mountains and at the beach for vacations. She was energetic, self confident, dogmatic & ambitious.
