Complaining of not feeling well, but up and about as usual, Christian Waack, an old resident of the county, died suddenly at his home on South Ninth street this morning, aged 78.
Death was due to a stroke of apoplexy.
Mr. Waack had shaved himself as was his practice and was seated on a chair when he suddenly fell forward to the floor and expired a few minutes later.
Decedent was formerly a resident of Newton where he had resided on a farm for years.
