Bernice Stella Mae Hill peacefully passed away on the morning of March 18, 2008. She was born August 23, 1922 in Runnells, IA to John A. and Viva Wilbois. She worked a number of years for Polk County and lived on the east side of Des Moines most of her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marie; brothers: Joseph, John A. II, and Alfred; and great-grandson, Joey.
Bernice is survived and will be lovingly missed by daughter, Judy (Larry) Ingersoll; sons: John, Joe (Patti) and Jim (Sue); seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
May she find more peace and happiness in the hereafter than she could find in life.
She has been cremated and a graveside service will be held at a later date.
