Albert and Alice Garling also had 2 other children.
A daughter Alice who was a twin of Alberta that died at birth. And a twin of Nina who also died at birth, (no listing as to sex). Both of these baby's are buried in lot of their grandparents John and Margaret Garling in Greenlawn.

Funeral of Albert E. Garling, who was killed on Friday of last by being struck by the engine of Panhandle train No. 6, east bound, about one half miles east of Columbia Centra, took place Sunday from his residence near Columbia Centre. The remains were taken to Columbus for interment. Garling was a married man aged 31 years and leaves a wife and five children to mourn his death.

His granddaughter Ruth Marie stated he was walking home from work on the track. He was somewhat deaf and didn't hear the train
