John B. Barthels, 92, 2005 Hamilton Wausau, died Saturday, Feb. 11, 1995, at Colonial Manor Medical Rehabilitation Center. He had been employed by Railway Express for many years. Survivors include his wife, Ella (Hafeman) Barthels, Wausau; two sons, Jon W. Barthels and Perry D. (Barb) Barthels, all of Wausau; one sister, Anne Sebastian, Belle Plaine, five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Zion Lutheran Church, Wausau. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. Tuesday until the time of services at the church. Peterson Funeral Home, Wausau, is in charge of arrangements.
