My husband, my friend, my soul mate, our father, our grandpa, our brother, my son, went four wheeling without us on September 12, 2008. He left us behind with broken hearts but not broken spirits.


Ray enjoyed boating, fishing, four-wheeling and camping with his family and friends, but most of all he loved Las Vegas.


He leaves behind his wife, "Soph" (Sophia); his children: Christina McDougal (Terreance, "Big Chief" Cesspooch), Casey (Cesar, "Little Pancho") Maldonado; Anthony McDougal and Raylynn McDougal; grandchildren: Martin, Stacy, Mona, Odessa, Natalie; mother, Jeanette; father and mother-in-law, Fred and Carmen Arellano; sisters: Jeaneal Grammier, Roxanna (Fred) Page, Sandy (Tracy) Nielson; brothers: Jeff and Neal McDougal; sister-in-law, Betty Arellano; brother-in-law, Fred Arellano; several very good friends and extended family at Condies Foods where he worked for 33 years. Preceded in death by father, Neal McDougal; sister, June McDougal; brother-in-law, Anthony Arellano. "My love, our dad, our brother ~ wait for us at Lake Powell, we'll be there".


Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Magna Christian Church, 8697 West 2700 South. Viewings will be held on Monday from 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and on Tuesday at the Church from 10-10:45 a.m.
Interment: Redwood Memorial Estates.
