She was born March 24, 1960 in Indianapolis, IN as the daughter of Henry S. and Ruby Arbuckle Hatcher Taylor. She worked as a cashier at the Cloverdale Shell station.
She attended the Croy Creek Baptist Church. She enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing, horses, Halloween and Christmas holidays and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her father, Henry Taylor of Indianapolis; her mother, Ruby Hatcher of Brazil and mother-in-law, Aleen Turner. She is also survived by one son, Josh W. Turner of Reelsville; one daughter, Yvonne D. Knight and husband Anthony of Brazil; brothers, Kevin Hatcher of Indianapolis and Jimmy Lane of Louisville; grandchildren, Lauren and Zachary Knight and Alexis and Warren Turner; sisters, Sandy Pendelton of Louisville, Carol Davis of Louisville and Teresa Wolfe and husband Larry of Florida.
Moore Funeral Home was chosen to provide funeral services.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 10 at Mannan Cemetery in Quincy, Indiana.
