Listed in the "Medical and Surgical Register of the United States", 1896; page 1427. First Lt., 304th Motor Transport Corps. WWI Vet. First Lt. Medical Corps at Camp Normoyle in 1919. Also indications he attended or graduated from U of Tennessee, 1889; U of Nashville, 1891; Vanderbilt College, 1892; and Post Graduate, College of Chicago, 1905.
