DEATHS
Hiram Allen died at his home two miles west of Kingston Monday May 14, aged 67 years. Deceased leaves a wife and three children.

After a long and severe illness, Hiram Allen passed away last Monday morning, at the farm home two miles west of town. The funeral took place Tuesday at Mirabile, and was very largely attended. He had been sick many long months. He was born in Cayuga county, Pa., 67 years ago and located on a farm near Mirabile thirty-five years ago, coming to this township a few years ago. He was well known and loved by everyone. He leaves a wife and three grown children, these being Arthur and Charles Allen of this county and Mrs. Logue, of DeKalb county.
