BLAIR OLIVER HICKS
Of Duncansville, R.D. 2, retired Pennsylvania railroad employe, died Friday morning at 11.45 o'clock at his home. He was born April 11, 1884, in Juniata township, Duncansville, R.D. 2, a son of John and Lenora (Koon) Hicks. He was married June 16, 1925. Mr. Hicks was employed by the Pennsylvania railroad for 44 years, retiring a year ago. Surviving are his wife and these children, Mrs. Richard Snyder and Mrs. R.H. Montgomery, and one step-son George R. Ritchey, all of Duncansville; three grandchildren and these brothers and sister: John and Charles Hicks and Mrs. Frank Grove, all of Duncansville, R.D. 2. Mr. Hicks was a member of the Hicks Memorial Methodist church of Duncansville where he taught a Sunday school class for more than 40 years. Friends will be received at the home after 4 o'clock this afternoon.

HICKS -- Funeral services for Blair Oliver Hicks of Duncansville, R.D. 2, will be held Monday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock at the Hicks Memorial Methodist church in Duncansville in charge of Rev. J.W. Skillington. Interment in Carson Valley cemetery. Friends will be received at the home after 4 o'clock this afternoon.
