Esther Marando
Esther M. Marando, 59, of South State Street, DuBois died Saturday at DuBois Regional Medical Center West.
Born April 9, 1939, in DuBois, she was a daughter of Alex Bojalad, who preceded her in death, and Elsie (Marasco) Bojalad, who survives.
She was married to Joseph T. Marando on Aug. 24, 1963. He survives.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church in DuBois. She also enjoyed bingo. She is also survived by a daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Mary Theresa) Grecco of DuBois.
MARANDO: Esther M., of South State Street, DuBois, died Feb. 27, 1999. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home in DuBois. A Scriptural Wake service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Monday from St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church in DuBois with the Rev. Fr. Richard R. Siefer officiating. Burial will be in St. Catherine Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Clearfield Co. Area Agency on Aging.
