Bones found us.

One evening in Oct, near Halloween I was out taking the trash out when what do I see poking its head out from under the car was a tiny kitten.

I took him to the garage where I fixed him something to eat, and drink. He was very tiny I saw he was having difficulty swallowing his food spitting up his water I had a feeling he was very ill. So the next morning it was off to the vet.

They did a few x-ray came back to tell me that he had a small chicken bone stuck in the back of his throat, and if it was not removed he would die from starvation. The vet said he must have be digging in the trash can for food for this to have happen.

It was at that moment that he became my responsibility. After surgery the vet came out said "Bones" is resting well should be able to leave tomorrow. Then the Vet laugh ... Oh I hope you don't mind we all named him while he's been here. I smiled told them that was the perfect name.

Bones was a very trusting, and loving cat. met no stranger. That was probably one of his problem.

On St. Patrick Day he when on his morning stroll as every morning... you could not keep him in the house if you tried. He never returned home. He was very much loved, and still missed for the brief time he was with us... he brought love, and laughter into our hearts.
