Wayne E. (Doc) Cashman of Mill Run, foreman of the Altoona Mattress factory, died at 11:50 o'clock last night in the Altoona hospital where he was admitted Thursday suffering from a heart ailment.
He was born in Altoona on June 2, 1911, a son of Elmer and Bessie (Coatsworth) Cashman and married Miss Betty Ruffner.
Mr. Cashman was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran church.
Surviving are his wife, one son and one daughter, Wayne Jr., and Susan K., at home, his father and the following brothers and sisters, Mrs. Mabel Anspach, Eugene M. and Melvin N., all of Altoona, Mrs. Nancy Price and Kenneth H.Cashman of Johnstown.
