He was born in Winchester, Mass., July 16, 1973, the son of Stephen R. Murphy and Betty Jane (Grieco) Murphy.
He was a resident of Londonderry for the past 20 years and graduated from Londonderry High School, class of 1991.
He was lovingly known as "Murf" to his friends and was well liked by many people.
He loved to play guitar and jam with friends. He was a big fan of Boston sports teams.
He lived his life the way he wanted and always wanted people around him to have a good time.
IN HIS LIFE: He is survived by his father, Stephen R. Murphy of Londonderry; his mother, Betty Jane Murphy of Lexington, Mass.; a brother, Robert J. Murphy of Reading, Mass.; a sister, Cheryl A. Murphy of Londonderry; a niece and nephew, Sarah and Sean Murphy, both of Reading, Mass., and his paternal grandmother, Margaret Murphy of Jupiter, Fla.
