Long illness is fatal for local woman
Mrs Eclista Persons, 78 years old, 1263 Longs Peak Avenue, died in a Boulder hospital monday evening following her long illness. Mrs Persons was born at Toronto, Canada, Feb. 20, 1860 and has resided here since 1899. She is survived by two sons, Phillip and Harold; one brother, Arza B. Emery, Flint, Mich; three sisters, Mrs Margaret Petit of Hamburg, Michigan, Mrs. Eliza Buckley of Flint, and Mrs. Loretta Page of Auburn, Washington. a grandson, Bill Persons, resides here. Time of funeral services will be announced later.

Sisters to meet after 45 years separation
A reunion with a sister, whom she has not seen for 45 years, was anticipated with considerable elation by Mrs Eclista Persons, 444 collyer street, (Longmont, Colorado) today. Mrs Persons was confident, however, that even though almost a half-century has elapsed since they last met, she would recognize her sister, who is now Mrs. Nathan Page of Auburn, Washington. who will arrive here this afternoon for a visit. Both were just girls when Mrs Persons, with her late husband, moved away form their home town in Michigan and Mrs Page married and moved to Auburn Washington.
