Mrs. W.F. McNew of Sims dies. Burial in Maple Hill cemetery. She was born in Galesburg January 1883 to Nicholas and Sophia Cook. She married William McNew April 1, 1908. They had two children: Ellen Malone of Fairfield and William of Sims. In addition to her husband and two children, she also leaves one brother, H.G. Cook of Galesburg, a foster son, Elmer Hopkins, two sisters, Mrs. C.E. Sharps of Galesburg and Mrs. A.N. Dickinson of Springfield.
