Born in Newport, Maine on May 24, 1933, he was a son of the late William and Helen (Libby) Condon. He was raised and educated in Maine. He moved to North Attleboro following his marriage 51 years ago.
Mr. Condon was a veteran of the United States Navy having served during the Korean War era. He always remained proud of his military service.
As a professional truck driver for many years, he was a member of the Teamster's Union Local #25 for more than 30 years.
Mr. Condon was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, North Attleboro. A man who will be lovingly remembered as a person who would do anything to help anyone, he was a man of a strong work ethic that he passed on to other generations of his family.
His hobbies included socializing with family and friends, fixing cars and had a lifelong love for airplanes and enjoyed attending air shows. When working and playing in trees, he was affectionately referred to as a "tree monkey" by his family and friends since he was able to swing from branch to branch with more ease and grace than an actual monkey.
