Violette Eva Christensen
Violette Eva Francis Christensen, age 85, died peacefully on December 1, 1996 at the home of her daughter in Spanish Fork. She was born February 25, 1911 in Fort Duchesne, Utah to Cordelia J. Robb and Jack T. Francis.
She married Willy Johnson and was later divorced. She married Marion Christensen on July 31, 1934. Resided in the Uintah Basin until 1949. Long time resident of Payson, Utah.
She filled numerous callings in the LDS church, including ordinance worker at the Salt Lake Temple.
Beloved mother of six sons and two daughters, 41 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by daughter, Frances Pearson.
The family would like to express gratitude to the Community Nursing staff and Home Health aids for the loving care they gave her, and also Dr. Kevin Colver and his staff.
Funeral Service were Friday Dec. 6 in the Mountain View 3rd Ward LDS church.
Burial was in the Payson City Cemetery.
