Alden's birth created five generations on both his maternal and paternal sides of family. He had great energy and enjoyed life to the fullest always ready at the spur of the moment to try something new and daring. His departure to Heaven was too soon for his earthly family.
He was born at Ponca City Hospital. He grew up in the Deer-Creek/Lamont area. He played 8 man football and was on the All State Football team his senior year. After graduation he joined the U.S. Navy. At the time of his death he was assigned to the USS Pittsburgh Nuclear Submarine, Groton, CT. He enjoyed the Navy. During the memorial held at Groton many servicemen recounted the unforgetable impact Alden had made in their lives.
Alden has one daugher Hannah. She is God's blessing to Alden's family.
