LONG BRANCH — Arthur Ely, 71, of 177 Elmwood Ave. died yesterday in his home. He was a retired decorator at Monmouth Medical Center. Mr. Ely was born in Eatontown, son of the late Joseph W. and Deborah Ely, and lived here 39 years.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Louise Helm Ely, and two sisters, Mrs. Henry Graman of Red Bank and Mrs. Delia Fox of Hollywood, Calif.
The funeral will be tomorrow at 11 a.m. from the John W. Flock Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.
