Calvin, age 83, passed away at Valley Vista Good Samaritan Center in Wamego. He was the son of Ross A. and Lillian (Strom) Worden. He served in the US Army World War II. He married Elsie Godding on Dececember 9, 1945, in Beloit. He worked 24 years for Hall Brother's Construction and 24 years for the City of Wamego Street Department, retiring in 1988.

Survived by his children, Joyce Webb, Rosemary Young, Calvetta Young, and Dianna Ford, Jack Worden, Harry Worden, and Rex Warden, his siblings, Minerva Furnell, George Worden, and Ross Worden, 24 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and his sister, Doreen Coffey.

Funeral Services were held at Campanella-Evans Funeral Home in Wamego. Burial with Military Honors followed in Wamego City Cemetery.
