Mrs. Bessie M. Schuler, 76, of 6197 Round Lake Rd., Gladwin, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 1991, in the Mid Michigan Regional Medical Center, Gladwin, after a long illness.
Born in Butman Township, Sept. 19, 1915, she had spent her lifetime here.
The former Bessie Blake, she was married to Lester Schuler, Oct. 13, 1935, in Gladwin. He preceded her in death March 16, 1979.
Surviving are 3 sons, LeRoy of Gladwin, Chester of Madison Heights and Terry of Clio; 4 daughters, Mrs. Jerry (Betty) Smith and Mrs. Russell (Shirley) McCummings of Gladwin, Mrs. Charles (Patricia) Pollington of McBain and Mrs. Bobby (Carol) Cavender of Madison Heights; 2 brothers, Ralph and John of Gladwin; one sister, Mrs. Dorothy Good of Gladwin; 17 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Services held Friday at 1 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home, Gladwin Chapel. The Rev. Lee Palmer officiated and burial was in the Butman Township Cemetery.
