Passed away at the Westy Community Care Home in Westmoreland, she was a lifelong member of the Fostoria Community. She was born in same room her mother was born on the family farm North of Fostoria, daughter of Charles and Georgia Shelhi Christie. She attended local school and graduated from Fostoria High School in 1932. She then graduated from business school in Grand Island, NE. Eunice married Howard B. "Pork" Webster on Dec. 25,1934 in Westmoreland. He proceded her in death on June 9, 1999. For 29 yrs., Eunice drove school bus for the Fostoria and later Blue Valley-Randolph. She was a member of the Audubon Society and enjoyed bird watching and perfroming annual bird counts. Eunice was also an active member of the Fostoria Senior Center and Community Center. She and her husband were caretakers for the Community Center, and for 60 years she was a Fostoria Booster FCE member. Eunice is survived by her two daughter, Joyce Maginness and her husband, Paul and Janice Cooper and her husband, Richard, all of Fostoria; three grandchildren, Natalie Kaiser and her husband, David, Blair, NE; Ashley Cooper , Topeka; and Nick Cooper, Fostoria, and one greatgrandson, Austin Moritz, Blair, NE. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Lyle, and an infant daughter, Carol. Graveside services will be held Sat. Oct. 11, 2008 at Spring Creek Cemetary north of Fostoria. Pastor Gordon Sandquist will officiate. Campanella-Evans Mortuary in Wamego is in charge of arrangements.
