Dorothy M. Kasson of Flushing, Michigan, entered eternal life peacefully on Saturday, September 10, 2005 at Primrose of Flushing. She was 95 years old.
Dorothy was born in Saginaw, Michigan, on November 8, 1909, the daughter of Frank and Julia (Schlachcikowski) Kessler. She married John J. Kasson in Saginaw on June 4, 1930. He preceded her in death on August 29, 1981.
Dorothy was a member of St. Robert Catholic Church for 45 years and a member of St. Robert Altar Society. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo. Surviving are: five children, Joan (Anthony) Mitosinka of Corunna; John Jr. (Karen) Kasson of Fort Myers, FL, Thomas (Pat) Kasson of Montrose, Richard Kasson of Oregon, James (Becki) Kasson of Canton, GA; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Uebel of Minnesota; and sister-in-law, Lillian Sizick of Saginaw.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Isabell and Virginia; and five brothers, Edward, Jack, Roman, Frank, and Art.

Visitation: Tuesday September 13, 2005 from 1-9 PM at the Rossell Funeral Home in Flushing with a Prayer Vigil at 7PM
Funeral Mass: Wednesday, September 14, 2005 at 10:30AM at St. Robert Catholic Church in Flushing with Fr. Louis T. Ekka officiating. In state from 9:30-10:30 AM before Mass.
Burial: New Calvary Catholic Cemetery
