Vincent William Marino, age 88, of Harrah, OK, was born on December 4, 1922, in Johnsonburg, PA. He was the son of Antonio & Mary (Capulo) Marino. He left this life on Wednesday, December 15, 2010, in Harrah, OK.

Vincent married Rosalie M. Marshall on June 14, 1947, in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Washington, D.C. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam and was a prisoner of war. He retired after 22 years as a Master Sergeant. He worked as a Production Controller at Tinker AFB, retiring after 22 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Teresa Catholic Church, Harrah and P.O.W. Group. Vincent enjoyed gardening and Notre Dame football.

Vincent was preceded in death by his parents; son, Vincent William Marino, Jr.; and 3 brothers, Arthur, Jesse, & Walter.

Survivors include his wife, Rosalie Marino, Harrah, OK; son & daughter-in-law, Anthony & Terri Lynn Marino, Choctaw, OK; 3 daughters & sons-in-law: Mary Kathryn & Alan L. Craig, Sapulpa, OK; Charlene Marino Prater, Oklahoma City, OK; Terri Ann & John Battershell, Edmond, OK; brother, Anthony Marnio, Warren, PA; 2 sisters: Frances McLoud, Orlando, FL; Annarella Bona, Warren, PA; 6 grandchildren: Katie & David Craig Kohne, Phoenix, AZ; Cari Craig, Sapulpa, OK; Allie Marino, Choctaw, OK; Sadie Marino, Choctaw, OK; Vincent Marino, Choctaw, OK; Katelyn Battershell, Edmond, OK; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made to the Eugene Marshall Scholarship at St. Gregory's University, Shawnee, OK. The rosary service will be held 6:40 PM, with wake service at 7:00 PM, Friday, December 17, 2010, at St. Teresa Catholic Church, Harrah, OK. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 18, 2010, at the St. Teresa Catholic Church, Harrah, OK, with Father Eugene Marshall and Father Lucas Raj Pinapati officiating. Interment will follow at St. Teresa Catholic Cemetery, Harrah, OK.
