A funeral for John Ed Hardiman, 90, of Rt. 3, Athens, who died Friday in Athens, will be today at 2 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home. Burial will be in Athens City Cemetery.
Survivors include two sisters, Ida McAnally and Lucille Hardiman, both of Atlanta, GA; three daughters, Antonia Hardiman and Nora Hardiman, both of Birmingham, and Johnnie Valdez, Columbus, Ohio; one son, Andrew Hardiman, Birmingham; 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
