She was born on April 2, 1945 in Independence, Kansas the daughter of Lloyd Lee and Mildred Alice (Coltrain) Paget.
Donna is survived by two sons; Parker Key and Benton Addison both of Colorado Springs, CO; one brother Donald Paget of Wichita, KS; three sisters, Alice Emery and Sherryle Kinder both of Wichita, KS, and Mina Stevens of Lawrence, KS; and 7 grandchildren
Graveside funeral services will be October 9, 2008 at the Fredonia City Cemetery, Fredonia, Kansas.
Arrangements are under the direction of Countryside Funeral Home P.O. Box 247, Fredonia, Kansas 66736.
