Mr. Chamberlain died Friday, May 10, at Providence Medical Center, Kansas City, Kan.

Tom was born April 14, 1917, in Kansas City, Kan. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Bonner Springs. He was an Army veteran of WW II, where he was awarded 13 combat ribbons with three Purple Hearts. Landed in France on DDay

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Chamberlain in 2000.

Survivors include one son, Toby and wife Sue Chamberlain, Elizabethtown, Ky.; one daughter, Lainey and husband Tom Lindblad, Bonner Springs; one sister, Alice Chamberlain, Seneca, Kan.; three grandchildren, Sherry Lassen, Bonner Springs, Stephanie Chamberlain, M.D., Cambridge, Mass, and Tracy Turk, M.D., Brookline, Mass; three great-granddaughters, Erica and Jessica Franklin, and Hannah Lassen, all of Bonner Springs; and one great-grandson, Graham Turk, Brookline, Mass.

The family suggests memorials to First Christian Church of Bonner Springs.
