Larry married Doris May Lewis on August 25, 1951 in San Francisco, San Mateo, California. One daughter was born to this union. He was a wonderful stepfather to two step-children. All three survive.

Obituary: "Brady: Larry E. Brady, 70, of Woodburn, died Aug. 28. Born Feb. 3, 1932, in Vashti, N.D., he served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He attended community college in California, studying engineering and welding. He worked for Rainier Brewery in Seattle before retiring in 1997. He lived in California, Colorado, Oregon and Washington before moving to Woodburn four years ago.
He married Zola VanderVorste Aug. 28, 1965, in Vancouver, Wash.
Survivors include his wife; son, John..., daughters, Sandra..., Danalea..., Debbie..., Kimberly...; brothers C. Eldon Brady of Jamestown, N.D., Gerald Brady of Woodburn and Lowell Brady of Molalla; sisters, Elida Cadiux of Albuquerque, N.M., Lowella Hopewell of Jamestown, Va., and Vivian Sheets of Carrington, N.D.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services were held Aug. 30 in Cornwell Colonial Chapel, Woodburn. Crypt entombment was in Belle Passi Cemetery, Woodburn.
Arrangements were by Cornwell Colonial Chapel."
