Funeral: 3 p.m. Tuesday at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel in Fort Worth. Entombment: Laurel Land Memorial Park Mausoleum of Fort Worth. Visitation: 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at Laurel Land Funeral Home.
He was a member of the Institutional Review Boards of Methodist Hospital of Dallas, Cook Children's Medical Center of Fort Worth and University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth.
He was preceded in death by an uncle, Eldon Hardcastle.
