Henry Spencer died at his home in this town on the 16th of May. Had he lived a few weeks longer he would have bean 81 years old. He had been sick for a year, which brought on apoplexy and finally led to his death. He was born in Livonia June 9, 1823, and spent the first part of his life in Canadice and Livonia. He then moved to Conesus where he spent his remaining forty-five years. He is survived by the widow and four sons, William of Sparta, Abner of Livonia and Samuel and Frank of Conesus.
