DENISON - Allie Gibbs Tilotta, born May 19, 1924 was called home by the Lord Jesus Christ to dwell with Him for eternity on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2008, at the age of 84.
Mrs. Tilotta was born in Groesbeck, the daughter of Allen Elcaney and Lucy (Evans) Gibbs. Allie married her husband Phillip R. Tilotta Sr. on January 10, 1948 in Houston. She was a resident of Houston for most of her life and she enjoyed bowling and gardening. Allie moved to the Denison area in 2001 to live with her daughter and son-in-law where she made many friends through her association with First Christian Church. Allie loved the Lord and her family and friends. She was a very kind and caring woman and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
