COOKEVILLE -- Funeral services for Lilly Wanda Walker Fuqua, 83, of Cookeville will be held Wednesday, April 23, at 10 a.m. from the Cookeville chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Crest Lawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Fuqua died Saturday, April 19, 2008, in Cookeville Regional Center.
She was born June 8, 1924, in Algood to the late Beecher and Laura Davis Walker.
Mrs. Fuqua was a member of Hilham Baptist Church and the Women's Auxillary of the Walbash Moose Lodge in Walbash, Ind. She was a manager in the hotel industry.
Her family includes three sons and daughters-in-law, Grover Lee (Dude) and Evelyn Livesay of Walbash, Ind., Richard Anthony (Tony) Livesay of Evansville, Ind., and Samuel Marko and Pattie Sonnett of Blairstown, N.J.; three sisters, Catherine Woodard and Jean Matheny, both of Cookeville, and Pat Carmack of Nashville; nine nephews; Wayne and Jimmie Flatt, Mike Wheeler, John Alan and Mark Carmack, Greg and Rick Walker, Fred Ellis and Bobbie Goodwin; two nieces, Wanda D. Higgs and Susie Carmack; nine grandchildren, Kelly Constatine and husband Scott, Nick, Samantha, Caree' and Shawn Sonnett, Kelly Thornton and husband Glenn, Robert C. Livesay and Mark and Tony Satterthwaite; seven great-grandchildren, Ricky, Matthew and Stephanie Livesay, Brandy, Eric, Melody and Kyle Satterthwaite; three great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fuqua was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Walker Hoffman, and three brothers, Howard (Buzz), Ernest and Douglas Walker.
Mrs. Fuqua's nephews will serve as pallbearers.
Rev. Keith Tosh will officiate the services.
