Vera G. (nee Ware) Hattendorf - went to be with the Lord Oct. 16, 2008 at the age of 91. She is the beloved wife of the late Francis "Hatt" Duane Hattendorf. Loving mother of Kay (Jim) Scovel, Fred (Trudy), Mark (Gail), and the late Larry and Carl Hattendorf. She is also survived by her siblings, Donna Coffinger, Lewis (Shirley) Ware, Wayne (Adeline) Ware; sister-in-law, Mildred Malone; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; daughters-in-law, Patricia Hattendorf and Dian Hattendorf; many nieces and nephews; friends, Lois (Gary) Wright of California, Eva (Bob) Haga and Ferne (Roger) Renwick. She was preceded in death by her great grandson Robert Miller. The family encourages friends to come and join the celebration of her new life with the Lord. Visitation will be Sunday from 3-8 p.m. at the Temrowski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 500 Main Street Fenton, MI. Mrs. Hattendorf will lie in state Monday at 10 a.m. until the time of her service 11a.m. at the Fenton Free Methodist Church. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Fenton. A special thanks to Avalon Hospice for all their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers donations appreciated to the Fenton Free Methodist Church, for the furtherance of the gospel, 800 North Rd.
