PINEDALE – No services are planned for Pinedale resident Amos F. Diehl, 92, who died Sept. 19, 2002, at Sublette Center, following a brief illness.

Cremation will take place in Vase White Mountain Crematory in Rock Springs.

He was born Oct 7, 1909, in Ninn, Colo., the son of Benjamin and Ella (Wills) Diehl; and attended schools in Colorado.

In 1933, he married Elizabeth Kruse. She preceded him in death in 1986.

A longtime resident of Rock Springs, he owned and operated Rock Springs Auto Body for 30 years, retiring in 1971.

He had lived in Pindale for the last 12 years.

Survivors include three sons, Robert Diehl and his wife of Pinedale, Gary Diehl of Rock Springs and Everet Diehl and his wife of Washington; two daughters, Susan Cohrn and her husband of Rock Springs and Marilyn Diehl; two sisters and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
