Albert N. Hubbard suffered a fatal stroke of appoplex on November 10, 1925 shortly after the noon hour. Mr. Hubbard had been a resident of Monticello since 1882 and during these years had formed a wide acquaintance in the city and community.
He was born in Scottsburg, Indiana Jan 28, 1855. He was united in marriage with Elizabeth J. Walker on March 22, 1877. She died on January 9, 1915; on July 3, 1921 Albert married Olive Foust of this city, who survives him. Beside the widow he leaves six children from his first marriage: Clyde of Oakland CA; Frank, LA California; Robert and Ernest of Monticello; and Mrs. Fred Rex of Seymour. He also leaves a brother, W. T. of Scottsburg, Indiana.
Funeral services were held in the home on Sunday afternoon with burial in the Monticello cemetery.
