Joseph Lawrence Nichols, 57, Park City, died April 4 in a Heber City nursing home.

He was born Sept 28, 1915, Knightsville, Carbon County, to Benjamin Thomas and Olive Booth Nichols. Married Lola Bowen July 23, 1945, Ely, Nevada.

Survivors: widow, sons, Bobby Ray, Pinole, Calif.; Joseph Benjamin, U.S. Navy, San Diego; David Clark, Ft. Bridger, Wyo.; Darrel B., Willard Lee, both Park City; 3 grandchildren; brother, sister, Willard T., Charleston, Wasatch County; Mrs. Vera Davis, Mrs Fay (Lavena) Westwood, both Ogden; Mrs. David (Dora) Dennison, Castledale, Emery County; Mrs Clark (Helen) Mickleson, Grace, Idaho.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Park City Ward Chapel.
Burial Park City Cemetery.
