Husband of Hallabe∼Mr. Troy Sharp, of Greenwood, Arkansas; formerly of Desha(Independence County), Arkansas; died Saturday February 13, 2010, in a Greenwood nursing home. Mr. Sharp was 90 years and 4 days old.
Mr. Sharp is survived by three sons: John Sharp of Bozeman, Montana, Troy Sharp, Jr. of Desha, Arkansas, Terry Sharp of Seattle, Washington, six grandchildren Charlotte McNeely, Steve Sharp of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Candice Rogers of Van Buren, Arkansas, AnneMarie Mitchell, Tiffany Sharp, Michael Sharp all of Washington. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, one brother Paul Sharp of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, two sisters Dolly Grant of California and Johnnie Faye Evans of Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
Mr. Sharp was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife of 42 years: Hallabe Sharp.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, at the Martin Funeral Home Chapel with interment in the Hartford Cemetery under the direction of Martin Funeral Home of Mansfield.
Pallbearers were: Jerry Welsh, Lindell Sharp, Steve Sharp, Roger Sharp, Charles Ray Sharp and Travis Rogers.
