Excerpt -- Sevices for Mrs. Myrtle Grace Johnson, 75, Spencer, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the First Baptist Church of Spencer directed by Bill Eisenhour, Northeast Funeral Home. Burial arrangements are pending. She died Monday at University Hospital. Mrs. Johnson was born in Illinois and moved to Guthrie as a child and to Oklahoma City area in 1960. She was a retired practical nurse. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Spencer. Survivors include two sons, Orval of Provo, Utah and Arthur of Hemet, Calif.; and three daughters, Mrs. Elsie Webb of Union, Ore., Mrs. Millie Kruckman of Granite Falls, Minn., and Mrs. Grace Cloud of the home.
