JACOB C. EMERICK
Died at 6:30 o'clock last evening, of heart failure, superinduced by diphtheria, at his home, 2207 North Avenue. Deceased was born in Clearfield County, December 21, 1885 and has been a resident of the city for the past nine years. He was a teamster by occupation, and was esteemed by a large number of friends, who will learn of his death with sincere regret. He is survived by his parents, Frank and Sarah Emerick, and these brothers and sisters: Edward, Mrs. Maggie Walker, Irene, Virginia, Marie, May, Charles and Miles, of Altoona. The funeral will take place at 2 o'clock this afternoon and will be private. Interment will be made in Carson Valley cemetery.
