LOUISE "BILLIE" A'DAIR 81, from emphysema and related diseases. Born in Utah in 1923, moved to Oakland 1942, worked at the Naval Air Station during war and after. Resident of San Leandro since 1953. Wife, mother and homemaker; also worked for San Lorenzo School District as cafeteria worker 1964 - 1992. In her earlier years Billie enjoyed dancing and nigh clubbing; in later life she loved soap operas, tabloids, talking on the telephone and laughter. She was a warm, earthy and pragmatic woman, a relentless mother, a diplomatic grandmother and a dear friend to many.
