A.J. attended Latham School. He served in the United States Army and was a lifelong farmer. He also was a maintenance worker at Cargill in California, MO. He enjoyed mowing his yard and spending time with his grandchildren and pets. In addition to his wife, Virginia, he is survived by two daughters, a brother, three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty, and a stepson, Jeffrey Farrow.
