Born April 6, 1939 in Vanceburg, KY to Fred and Mary M. (Renchen) Horsley.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Albert Elliott; one daughter, Tammy (Bill) Staton of Shelby; one step-son, Gregory Elliott; four grandchildren, three brothers, Stan (Bonnie) Horsley of Lucas; Wayne (Cindy) Horsley of Lucas, and Mike Horsley of Mansfield; four sisters, Margaret Kinney, Etta Mae (Bill) Rigney, Angie (Bob) Helbig, all of Mansfield, and Faye (Ron) Wilson, of Shelby; and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Freddie Horsley; and one brother, Robert Horsley.
Interment in Oak Grove Memorial Park, Lexington.
