James Faust of 226 East Crawford Avenue, died at 11:50 o'clock Sunday night at Mercy hospital. He was born in Bedford County Aug. 29, 1884, a son of Frank and Susanna (Bollman) Faust, and was employed as a pipefitter by the Baldwin Locomotive works.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Estella (Hamel) Faust; one son and two daughters, Russell, Mrs Alma Cornelius and Mrs. Mary Myers, all of the city; seven grandchildren, two brothers and three sisters, Samuel and John and Mrs. Martha Neff, all of Altoona, Mrs. Mary Smith of Detroit, Mich., and Mrs. Wilda Stiffey of Lancaster.

Mr. Faust was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church.

Friends will be received at the Laughlin funeral home after 7 o'clock this evening.

FAUST - Funeral Services for James Faust of 226 East Crawford Avenue, will be held at the Laughlin funeral home Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in charge of Rev. E. N. Bauer. Interment in Carson Valley cemetery. Friends being received at the Laughlin Funeral Home.

She is buried in Carson Valley 3/19/1982, Plot V2, 143, 2, from Mauk Yates. Her brother is William B. Hamel of South Lakemont; and sister Mrs. Joseph E. Robinson of Altoona.
