Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. for Mrs. Della Shannon, 64, who died at her late home in the Cartwright community Wednesday night. Bro. Irvin Lee will conduct the services at the Church of Christ and interment will be in the City Cemetery, McConnell directing.
Survivors include the husband, G. E. Shannon; three daughters, Mrs. H. E. Wright, Mrs. Mattie Lou Vaughan and Mrs. Jeannette Reece, all of Limestone County; one son, John Cecil Shannon; one brother, Thomas Davenport; and one sister, Mrs. Sallie McLemore of Texas.
