James W. Waters was the 4th son of Wilfred Ross Waters and Jane Alberta Chamberlain. He was born in North Nation Mills, Quebec. He married Margaret Alice Ramsay on Dec. 18, 1923 in Aylmer Quebec. They had two sons, Keith Ramsay 1926 - 1984 and Orval (Buck) James 1928 - 2002.
