Mrs. Louise Wilson Gold, 81, of 1331 Crestview Drive, died at Hospice Cleveland County. She is the daughter of the late Thomas Oscar and Emma Wells Wilson. She had retired and worked 12 years with Kings Mountain Convalescent Center. Mrs. Gold was a member of Zion Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school for many years. She enjoyed reading her Bible. In addition to her parents, her first husband, Roy L. "Bub" Ruppe; second husband, Rush Gold; son, Mitchell Ruppe; brother, Hudson Wilson; and sisters, Omelia Hamrick and Louise Hite, preceded her in death. She is survived by a son, Benji Ruppe of the home; daughters, Beth Ruppe of the home and Robin Ruppe of Salisbury; brothers, Herschel Wilson and Ben Wilson of Lattimore; stepson, Danny Gold of Shelby; stepdaughter, Trudy Gold of Shelby; stepgrandchildren, Daniel Gold and Patti Gold; two stepgreat-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
