Shorty was employed in maintenance with the U.S. Postal Service prior to retirement.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean War.
He enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, traveling with his wife and spending time with his great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Bagley.
Survivors include his son, Robert Bagley and wife Sharon; one granddaughter, Machelle Lewis; and three great-grandsons, Robert, Brian and Dalton.
