VELMA O. KOINZAN, 90, 675 Fairmont, Bridgeport, died about 3:40 a.m. today, Thursday, Nov. 11, 1999, in Lawrence County Memorial Hospital, Lawrenceville.
Born Nov. 14, 1908 in Geneva, Ind., she was a daughter of George and Mary Studer Webb. She was a homemaker.
She was married to Oscar P. Koinzan and he survives. Other survivors include a brother, Virgil Webb, Bridgeport; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 13 at Bridgeport City Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Cunningham Funeral Home, Lawrenceville, is in charge of arrangements.
